Russ Willemin
Hi I’m Russ Willemin.
My son Nic and I are the founders of Custom Marine Flooring LLC.
I have been in boating all of my life from a 12 foot row boat and a 3 hp motor at age 6 to years
of pleasure boating on the Great Lakes with a 43 foot TIARA open.
I was a very hands on captain doing my own fiberglass repairs, detailing, cabin modifications
and restorations as well as electrical, plumbing and engine maintenance and operation.
I LOVE BOATS
When Nic and I decided to form the companies we began to research manufacturers of the
material. That led us to Marine Mat Flooring of Oldsmar, Florida.
